Aroma Cafe Offers a Bite of Brussels

The Aroma Cafe, located on the Brussels Grand Place across from the Hotel de Ville, is a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee, a Belgian waffle, or a quick bite to eat.

Aroma Cafe We like to think of the Aroma Cafe as Brussels' version of the American coffee powerhouse 'Starbucks'. The cafe features a variety of hot and cold beverages, snack desserts, and hot and cold sandwiches. Plus there is plenty of comfortable seating, primarily on the second floor - and clean restrooms on the third floor.

Beverages
Here, you can choose from an array of hot and cold beverages, including hot and iced chocolate drinks, blended coffee drinks, iced coffees and of course - espresso, capucinno, caffe latte and if you want, just a normal cup of coffee.

You can customize your beverage with a variety of syrups including chocolate, hazlenut, caramel, vanilla, almond, coconut, cinnamon and Irish cream.

Oh - you can also get vanilla, chocolate and strawberry milkshakes here.

Aroma Cafe Belgian Waffles
Here you have your Belgian waffle any way you want it.

You can have your waffle with any combination of the following: bananas, strawberries, bananas AND strawberries, ice cream, chocolate syrup, dusted with powdered sugar or just hot and plain!

Prices range from a plain waffle at 3,30 euro to a fully loaded waffle for 8,30 euros.

Bagels & Baguettes
This cafe also offers a selection of bagel and baguette sandwiches.

You can go for a traditional bagel with cream cheese and honey or opt for one with the following: tuna salad and lettuce; chicken curry salad; ham and cheese (toasted or not); smoked salmon, cream cheese and lettuce; smoked chicken, cream cheese and lettuce; or brie, honey and lettuce.

If you're in the mood for a baguette, you can choose ham and cheese (toasted or not); tuna salad and lettuce; or chicken curry salad.

Bagel and baguette sandwiches range from 4,10 euros to 4,90 euros.
